CEO | Founder
Mike has over 14 years experience building and scaling successful commercial organizations across both start-up and corporate environments. He spent 8 years at CBS, serving as Head of Sales across all CBS TV, CBS RADIO and CBSi music, news and sports properties. He next joined the Omnicom family, running ICON International's digital revenue initiatives. Mike has spent the last seven years in the data and programmatic audience space, building high-achieving sales teams at Quantcast and ADARA. He created Amplifyer to share his experience with the most innovative start-ups in the world and connect them to relevant brands.
VP of Sales, North America
Stewart is thrilled to join Mike for their third venture together in a row, to head up national sales for Amplifyer. With over ten years of experience in ad tech and SaaS sales and driven by a customer-centric approach, Stewart's passion lies in helping clients solve complex business challenges by matching individual client needs to relevant and innovative solutions.
A lover of the arts, food, and an avid runner, Stewart resides in NYC with her husband, Connor, and daughter, Brooklyn.

Chad couldn't be more excited to join Mike again for their second tour together! He brings over 10 years of Sales, Research and Analytics, and Client Solutions experience to Amplifyer.
Chad is a Princeton University Graduate, scratch golfer, and a piece of his heart will always reside in Southern California.
VP of Operations
Over the past 8+ years, working at Quantcast, Time Inc and ADARA, Debbie has been a thought leader in the data and analytics space. Debbie joined Amplifyer to share her expertise with both innovative startups and enterprise clients, helping them to navigate the complexities of building a successful data strategy.
Senior Director, Sales
With over two decades of digital sales and marketing experience, Rachel brings a holistic experience of the space to Amplifyer. She has held leadership positions at Winstar as SVP of National Sales and FUOR Digital as COO/Managing Director before it was acquired by Kelly, Scott and Madison. She also co-founded the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association and worked within the sales organizations of CNN, Gannet and Questech.
Rachel’s passion and persistence have driven her continued growth and success.
When not working, you can find Rachel hanging out with her 10 year old daughter Emerson, usually on or near a body of water.
Kimberly is an advertising and technology sales leader, specializing in targeted advertising solutions and custom services including Data, Audience Development, and Insights & Analytics. Prior to Amplifyer, Kimberly held sales positions at Quantcast and ADARA.
Kimberly is a dynamic seller, who is known for her business savvy and client empathy. That’s in part due to her early work experience as a marketer and product lead. While working at Digital & Retail companies, she developed skills for both B2B and B2C marketing.
Kimberly’s experience has taken her to San Francisco, New York and back to Los Angeles, her home town, where she is now based, alongside her husband Ryan, their seven-year-old daughter Maya and dog Chica Rainbow Johnson.
Jessica joined the team to bring her operational expertise to Amplifyer. After graduating Cornell University with a focus in Entrepreneurship, she is thrilled to be working with Amplifyer’s partner companies! Jessica is also third generation to her family business Gerson & Gerson, Inc., a leading design house and manufacturer of children’s clothing, where she is the Vice President of Innovation.
